I remember my first swimming class. I was impatient because we were forbidden not to go to the deeper part of the pool. I saw the other kids already swimming and doing free style strokes back and forth the deeper section pool. I was envious at first. But then, I tried paying attention to the swimming instructor. She taught us how to do the bubble exercise. I sort of liked it. Bubbling helps swimmers breathe better. It’s a bit hard to explain but doing that in between swimming exercises somehow preserved my energy. The rest is history. I can’t imagine what my swimming skills might be if I didn't take a swimming class.
Swimming is one of my hobby that I love to do. It's the best exercise for the whole body muscles and of course best cardio exercise that I can get. While enjoying the splash and the coldness of the water, I know that my muscle get toned while I'm enjoying. My first swimming lesson is when I'll be in my college days. I have first learned to float in the water and enjoyed it so well.
